7 hints to get you started with DECAdry Express Labels 

DECAdry Express Labels features 36 themes and categories of labels. Just choose one and view the available templates. More than 700 templates can be modified as you wish.

In most cases, text, colors, and images may be modified using the "Creation wizard" dialog box, located on the left of the screen. The tabs found on this dialog box allow you to return to the templates, choose another grid format, or setup your printing.

Information on labels and format changes.
Choose a label and click on "File, Paper information" to access the information.
To choose another format, click on the "Compatible Grids" tab and choose a new format.

Multiple label management.
When the option "Multiple label management" appears in the "Creation wizard" dialog box, you can create a label series by providing data in the "Title", "Name" and "Info" fields. To add a label, click on the "Add" button. Fill in the correct data, and start over.

A. Choose a theme from the category Mail merge, then choose a label.
B. Create an address database.
- Click on the button 'Create a new Database'.
- Enter a file name for the database.
- Enter addresses in succession by clicking on the "Add" button.
- Tips (mailing): You can also import a database (Excel, Access or text) into the Express Labels address book.
C. Choose an existing database.
If you already have an address file in XLS, MDB or TXT format, you may load your existing database directly into the software. You only need to drag fields from your database to the predefined template fields.

- Choose "Cut image" in the binder theme, and click on a template.
- Enter the number of labels.
- Choose an image, and modify if needed its title, its information, or its color.
- Save it as a new image if necessary.

- DECAdry Express Labels allow you to print labels from wherever you wish. Use the "Labels to be skipped before the first" function.

- To print a series of labels (Mail merge, multiple labels) simply check the "Print series" box. The "Reproduction" option allows you to print several copies of the same label.

- You can also separate series of labels with one or more blank labels.

- The software allows you to print grids and guidelines in order to make cutting on A4 adhesive paper easier.
