DECAdry Express Picture splits your screen into two halves. The left-hand side displays the original image and the version modified by the effects and filters you choose is on the right.

DECAdry Express Picture supports several file types (PNG, JPEG, PCX, PhotoShop, PSD, TIFF, Windows Bitmap BMP...) and is compatible with Photo-CD. The Frames and Borders feature allows you to have 15 concurrent frames with 12 passe-partout. 6 lens filters (1 is customizable) allow you to modify the color of your photos. Numerous special effects (more than 30): improve photo rendering; use mosaic, paintbrush, and emboss effects; simulate sketches, watercolors, oil paintings and outlines; add textures to your images; etc.
